Table Mountain covers an area of approximately 58 square kilometers (or 22 square miles), and it is located standing within the Table Mountain National Park in Cape Town, South Africa. The national park covers a much larger area, approximately 221 square kilometers (or 85 square miles), which includes not only Table Mountain but also a range of other natural landscapes, including the Cape of Good Hope, Silvermine, and the Twelve Apostles. The Table Mountain Aerial Cableway provides visitors with access to the mountain’s summit, and there are also a variety of hiking trails and other recreational opportunities within the park.
